Once your package is sent, email us at Hautefloss@gmail.com with your tracking information as well as your previous order number and let us know if you want a refund or an exchange for another item of equal value. Item must be returned within 7 days!
3. What shipping methods are available? A: We currently offer First Class Mail . Please allow up to 1 week for delivery and up to 3 weeks for First Class International deliveries
